One of the main priorities of CIFAL Bilbao is to train Local Authorities so that they can be able to
Design and implement on their municipalities, cities and regions their own Digital Local Agenda, a Strategic Plan on Information Society that must be included as a sectorial plan in a global strategic plan of the territory.
Therefore, CIFAL Bilbao has designed and developed a training course on the Digital Local Agenda, addressed to local authorities, civil servants and technicians responsible of the design and elaboration of public policies.
In general, the training has no cost and there is a scholarship bourse.
For the development of these courses, CIFAL Bilbao counts on with the support with the CIFAL Network and uses a mixed methodology (the IT4ALL model and the CityShare Model of UNITAR).
It offers integrated theoretical-practical training, conducted by experts in the field of the Information Society.
